Boards, stickers and automations: building a process
A practical path: a board template, stickers as fields, mirrors between teams and five automation rules.

Start from a template
When creating a board pick Kanban, Scrum sprint, Bug tracker or Content plan — columns are created for you.
Stickers instead of rigid fields
Assignee, responsible, deadline, timer, stopwatch and time tracking are toggled above the columns. Custom stickers are added under “Board settings → Stickers”: states, interval, text, number.
Mirrors and dependencies
A mirror column shows cards from another column or board without copying. “Blocks / depends on” links live in the card.
Automations
The “Automation” tab has five rules: move to a column on completion, complete on move, cover from description, auto-archive completed, and other boards’ stickers in filters. Transfer rules live under “Task Transfer”.
